Heir 's Duty

Maeda clan's warrior

Swordstore now offers Japanese art in both antique and high quality limited reproductions. We also have the ability to produce any size (within ratio) reprint that you desire whether your intention is to place in a frame, use as a banner or decorate an entire wall space – we can do it! About this scroll: This scroll was commissioned for a 1st son’s (Inuchiyo) first battle. It is unlikely that he would’ve been allowed anywhere near a battle but the number of heads taken is meant to exaggerate his prowess and as of yet untested courage. Original with kantei (documentation) available.

Hi Rick, I just wanted to let you know that my new sword arrive and that I had a chance to practice with it. It is very nice. The balance point is about one each closer to the stuba and it makes a big difference. Thanks for you help. Dom

I want to thank you for the excellent sword. The more I use it the more I appreciate the craftsmanship and amazing details. Although I purchased this sword just as a replacement for my old practice sword I will treasure this gem for life. I will certainly recommend the SwordStore to any who are looking for a sword and will definitely look to SwordStore when it's time to upgrade to shinken. Best wishes to you and SwordStore! Phil

Hi Rick, hi Yuri, thanks you for the quick shipment of my iaito. It was at the customs in [redacted} for 10 days, but yesterday it was delivered. And it ist great! It looks even more beautiful, than I expected, when I saw the fotos on your website. (Although a little piece of the saya paint was flaked at the koiguchi. But that is no problem. I can fix it.) In the evening I trained the first time with my new iaito. It was challenging (quite different from using a bokken), but felt very good. My teacher also said, that ist is very well balanced and good to handle. Thank you for your great customer service and this wonderful iaito. Best regards [name redacted by request]

Hi Rick, the sageo arrived earlier this week safely. It was just in time, as my dad had been attending an iaido seminar the week before, so everything turned out fine. Thank you very much for your efforts

Rick, You are so right, the waiting and anticipation are the most difficult. I truly appreciate your offering the black same at no charge. Yes, most definitely I would like to have that addition. Thank you for your generosity. In speaking to you, I can easily see why you have earned the trust of so many students of iai. You are knowledgeable and experienced, and most importantly you utilize them to benefit those who come to you on their paths of study. Thank you! Ed
